The most delicious cakes in Charleston.

At the early age of eight, Elaine Mincey was checking out cookbooks from her local library. By seventeen, she enrolled in her first cake-decorating class and found herself hooked.

In 1996, Elaine graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in baking and pastry. She studied with Margaret Ford and Nicholas Lodge and American pastry chefs Colette Peters and Roland Winbeckler. For several years, she managed small baking shop in Charleston before opening her own business in 1998.

Today, her name is synonymous with lovely hand-sculpted sugar flowers and legendary magnolia cakes.
